Anne McNamara has been appointed instructional assistant professor of trumpet at Illinois State University, where her duties will begin in Fall 2019. Previously she was the assistant professor of trumpet at Campbellsville University.

Scott Hagarty to Tennessee Tech

Scott Hagarty has been appointed Assistant Professor of Trumpet at Tennessee Tech University, where he will start in the Fall of 2019. He will also assume the role of principal trumpet of the Bryan Symphony Orchestra and as a member of the Brass Arts Quintet, both in residence at Tennessee Tech.
Lone Star State Trumpet Guild Trumpet Fest II

The Lone Star State Trumpet Guild (LSSTG) hosted their second trumpet fest in Odessa, Texas on March 29-30, 2019. The featured guest artist for this event was Rex Richardson. The weekend was full of recitals, a master class, instrument exhibits, and the Lone Star State Trumpet Guild Ensemble in performance.
