The evening presented a concert featuring Goode. After his set, Goode invited students to come up and jam with him. After a handful of trumpet players took advantage of the opportunity, other musicians started to join in the jam session as well. Some rhythm section students got a chance to play and everyone started joining the stage. The last tune was Billie's Bounce and Goode invited anyone with an instrument to come to the stage and participant.
