Stanley Friedman master class tour

Composer and Yamaha Trumpet Artist Stanley Friedman has been giving master classes across the USA.

In October and November of 2014 he presented his program New Music for Trumpet at Indiana University (host Ed Cord), University of Michigan (host Bill Campbell), the Cleveland Institute (host Michael Sachs) and Yale (host Allen Dean). In January and March of 2015 Dr. Friedman visited the University of North Texas (host John Holt), Southern Methodist University (host Tom Booth), Texas Christian University (host Jon Burgess), Belmont University (host Joel Treybig), University of Tennessee/Knoxville (host Cathy Leach), Western Carolina University (host Brad Ulrich), Gardner-Webb University (host Tim Hudson) and the University of North Carolina School for the Arts (host Judith Saxton). Friedman’s presentations involve sessions for both trumpeters and composers and include performances of his composition SOLUS and other works.
