2021 ITG Conference Competitions Announcement

The International Trumpet Guild is pleased to announce the rules and repertoire for the competitions at the 2021 ITG Conference in Garden Grove, California.

We are excited to announce that this year's prize allocations have been greatly increased, and we are also offering new travel stipends to assist students in traveling to the ITG conference.  

ITG offers competitive opportunities for students of all ages, including two youth competitions for high school and middle school students,  and four collegiate-level competitions in Solo Repertoire, Orchestral Excerpts, Wind Band Excerpts, and Jazz Improvisation.  We also offer a Scholarship competition for students at all academic levels.

For 2021, first prize in the four major divisions (Solo, Orchestral, Wind Band, and Jazz) has been increased to $3,500.
